This is for general educational purposes only — actual dosing should always be set by a licensed physician. Glutathione is typically administered intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM). IV administration usually provides better absorption and bioavailability. Many protocols use 1-2 injections per week. Can be pushed as IV bolus (1-2 minutes) or infused over 20-30 minutes. Always use sterile, medical-grade glutathione. Some formulations are lyophilized (powder) and require reconstitution before use.
